Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to ski slopes, shuttle buses, restaurants, and shops. The service provided by the hosts and staff was described as exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with many guests appreciating personal touches like pick-up and drop-off services. Breakfast was frequently highlighted as delicious and varied, with an on-site bakery being a standout feature. Guests also found the beds comfortable and the amenities, including lounge areas, kitchenettes, and laundry facilities, convenient for their stay. Some negative feedback included issues with heating, water pressure, and room configuration, but these were outweighed by the positive experiences.
