The room wasn't ready when we check in at 2pm and when we came back at 4pm, the room was just ready only. We had the first room 416. Room was very run down, smelly and bed was too soft that it wasn't really comfortable. So, we asked for a room change and got our next room is 216. It was much better than the previous room. But can be better. Reception staffs and F&B staffs were pleasant.
