Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's strategic location, especially its proximity to Bukit Bintang and local attractions, as well as its affordable price, making it a good value for short stays. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of stains, dust, and even pests in some rooms. Service is also a concern, with several guests describing rude or unhelpful staff. Parking is mentioned often, with mixed experiences—some find it convenient, while others struggle to find a spot. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and price, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
