Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near shops, food, and attractions, making it convenient for travelers. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, peeling paint, and unclean bathrooms. Service was often described as unfriendly or inefficient, with complaints about slow check-in, unhelpful staff, and problems with room access. Overall, while the location is a major positive, cleanliness and service need improvement.
