Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's strategic and convenient location in Bukit Bintang, with easy access to shopping malls, eateries, and public transport. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and some appreciated the friendly staff. However, several guests reported negative experiences with the service, describing staff as rude or unhelpful, and noted issues with special requests, missing towels, and room cleanliness. Noise from the street and room facilities such as air conditioning and showers were also mentioned as drawbacks. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's best feature.
