Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which offers easy access to city attractions, eateries, and shopping malls. However, many reviews express concerns about cleanliness, with several guests reporting dirty rooms and inadequate housekeeping. Parking is limited and poorly managed, and some guests mention safety issues such as doors that do not lock. Service is generally neutral, with some positive experiences but also reports of untrained staff. Overall, the location is the hotel's strongest point, while cleanliness, parking, and safety require improvement.
