Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near shops and attractions, as well as the helpful and friendly staff. Many find the hotel to offer good value for the price, especially for budget travelers. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of unpleasant odors, stained linens, cockroach infestations, and general lack of hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. While the location and service are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
