The bathroom was decent.
Dirty floor, food not even for dogs, smelly structure, dirty pool, horrible coffee, safe in the hall... The price does not justify the poor service.
Very good option for the price. Nice surroundings. The room was clean, air conditioner worked perfect. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, and you can get various services at the hotel reception, we have rent a car at the reception and we were really satisfied for the price we were offered. We did not stayed at the hotel that much, but seems like there is everything you need. There are some games like pool to play for an extra euro, to swim in one of the two pools or to grab a drink and sit in the terrace next to the pool, - lovely.
The whole all inclusive service is a bit limited, it was not a drawback for me myself, but for those who search totally all inclusive package maybe should search for another option. Also, I am not picky on food, but I would prefer some more options for breakfast, like oats or something.
The staff was great you get massive value for money
The location a bit out of the way from everything but there a cheap bus service that can take you where you need to be.
Most of the staff were nice. Especially the girls in the reception were fantastic, really nice and helpful! Our bags got lost during our flight, and they helped us to call the airport. (Yes, we got our bags back!) The two men who were a little older (Michael? and ?) were also very nice, and we had some nice chats with them. The cleaners were sweet and discreet when we were in the room at the same time. We could have a little bite to eat, even when we arrived late the first night. There was a bus taking the guests to the beach for free, nice. At the last day of our stay, we could stay at the hotel, use the pool and have our meals, even after checking out time. Nice, when our flight was late in the afternoon. But there should be a luggage room, now the suitcases had to stay in the reception, which didn't feel very safe.
I really miss coffee with the dessert at both lunch and dinner! You could have coffee in the pool bar, but you weren't allowed to bring the coffee inside, or the desert outside... Why? Sometimes it felt like there was too little food for everyone. You had to be in time to get what you really wanted. It was too hot in the dining room, poor air condition. The all inclusive drinks were only available at certain times in the evening. The plastic cups in the pool bar were terrible, thin and unstable. It feels really cheap to serve drinks and wine in such cups. Buy some nice drinking glasses or hard plastic mugs formed as wine glasses instead!
Location is very nice, despite being not quite by the beach (it's about a 15 minutes walk). All inclusive program includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and access to the snack bar by the pool, drinks are also included (hot and soft drinks, local wine, beer, coctails). Nothing exquisite, but the buffet has a good variety of things to choose from (meat, fish, vegetarian options, fruit, desserts and ice-cream). So you really don't have to care about anything while staying in the hotel. Kolymbia beach which is 15-20 minutes away is absolutely great I though. Tsambika beach (about 15 minutes drive away) was gorgeous. Also the air in the area is very pleasant, dry and crisp - I enjoyed being there a lot. The pool is great, actually there are even two pools (one bigger, one smaller) with sunbeds with umbrellas around it. Also there are several nice hotel cats that we enjoyed playing with.
Wifi was really slow and patchy - sometimes it couldn't even load webpages, forget about watching movies or Youtube videos. From time to time there was a strong smell from the sewage in the bathroom. In my room the hook in the bathroom was missing, handle for towels was falling apart, so I couldn't hang a towel in the bathroom. One of the four panels in the shower cabin was also missing. The door knob was shaky. In all public areas (on the lower ground floor, by the pool) toilet doors wouldn't close which was uncomfortable. Every single item in this list is minor, but overall it creates an impression that the hotel is run down. Shuttles to the beach were not always punctual/occasionally cancelled - it's not a dealbreaker as it's a 20-minutes walk to the beach, but it's not 100% reliable. Value for money was good though and overall I still had a very pleasant stay.
The hotel area consists of 3 buildings (main building and 2 side buildings) with reception, bar, lounge, TV-area, restaurant, safe boxes, 2 pools with umbrellas and chairs, children's pool, snack-pool bar and children's playground. The hotel was built in 1990 and completely renovated in 2001 including restaurant, reception and big green garden area which is about 10.000 m2.With the new wing which was also built in 2001 the hotel now has 250 beds (100 rooms). Each room is equipped with air condition, bathroom, balcony, free TV and telephone. The restaurant provides rich breakfast, lunch and dinner with cold and warm buffet.
