There was way too much confusion at check-in and departure. Staff was plenty friendly and courteous but their system isn't set up very efficiently. The breakfast items are lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts in the area and they close up early and run out of things. I think in part because they are understaffed. Cons (-) The hotel grounds were not well kept and were in need of serious repair. Appearance is not what you would expect, on the plus side, the room was not so bad.
