There was way too much confusion at check-in and departure. Staff was plenty friendly and courteous but their system isn't set up very efficiently. The breakfast items are lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts in the area and they close up early and run out of things. I think in part because they are understaffed. There were a lot of guests at the time we were there and they should be better ...
