Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's unique location, cultural value, and beautiful grounds, often highlighting the building's charm and the museum. However, many found the rooms and bathrooms outdated, with some cleanliness issues and minimal amenities. Service at reception was frequently described as unfriendly or lacking, and the closure or atmosphere of the restaurant was a common disappointment. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it basic. Overall, the hotel's distinctive character and setting were its main strengths, but modern updates and improved service are needed.
