Pros:The upgrade we received was much appreciated and the room was much more spacious than the one we booked. location is good really close to Lamai beach.
Cons:Our shower wasn't draining which caused the entire bathroom to get flooded. We did mention it but as it was Sunday the next day they said Monday there would be someone to fix which we thought was fine. Monday we received ( partial) service but no drainage was fixed. on top of that the balcony door would not lock and the two tvs that were in the apartment wouldn't work. 0 channels. as mentioned in previous comments the pool could be a bit more looked after and the public areas as it looked like a construction site.
