Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's location for its convenience and proximity to attractions, and some reviewers appreciated helpful staff and a calm atmosphere. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, unhelpful or unavailable staff, and inconsistent service. The pool was mentioned often but received mixed feedback. Value for money was questioned by several guests, and some found the facilities outdated or lacking in amenities. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service and cleanliness need improvement.
