Pros: The best part of our stay was the manager's decision to upgrade our room without us even mentioning it. They gave us an amazing room with a huge balcony and spectacular view of the waterfront! We loved the modern design of the room - it was one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at (and we are frequent international travelers).

Pros: The entire impression of the Hotel was excellent with the inside passages giving one the feel of being on a cruise liner and the rooms with balconies being more like junior suites.Staff made one feel special in all interactions and with the "small touches" like truffles left in the room each night after turn-down service, we were reluctant to leave.

Pros: The grounds are beautiful and our bungalow was very nice indeed. We both had a 1.5 hour massage, which at 450 rand each was very good value. Definitely recommend. Breakfast served on the lawn outside our bungalow was a treat.
