Location, clean but especially the staff at reception - very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we got all the info we needed and that we were having a good time.

Very clean,comfortable and quiet. Staff were really helpful & friendly. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day and we were greeted with fresh coffee and a large delicious lunch bag when we checked out at 6.30am.

Breakfast was good with personal service.
Hotel looked a bit worn out or requiring maintenance. Shower sink didn’t flow properly, took long to get warm water.

Very clean, quiet, breakfast with the most variety I've seen in Europe, excellent staff, responded quickly if I emailed them, 12 English stations on the TV
beds are a little too soft for me...but that is a personal choice
