Summary of reviews
Guests say
Several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing bugs, unpleasant smells, and insufficient housekeeping. Amenities were also a common concern, with complaints about hidden fees, lack of expected features like jacuzzis, and amenities being closed or not included as advertised. Service issues were mentioned, including unresponsive staff, poor communication, and lack of room cleaning. While a few reviews highlighted positive aspects such as room size, location, and property beauty, the overall sentiment leaned negative due to these recurring problems.AI-generated from customer reviews
