Rachman is the best man in the whole hotel!!! He is so friendly!
Nice personnel, wellness area with decent Finnish sauna. We booked the all-inclusive option, which was incredible value for money. Location somewhat outside the center of Kirchberg, but close to the Gaisberg chairlift.
Not much left to eat at the breakfast at 9 o'clock. Just a couple of slices of bread, cheese and cold cuts. Unfortunately, the room was not quite clean. The hotel has that distinctive all-inclusive resort feel, when crowds gather at dinner/breakfast.
Lovely big room. Very good value. Breakfast OK. Staff at reception extremely helpful. Everything was clean.
Curtains too thin (room lit up all night by exterior hotel lights). There were two huge groups staying in the hotel, one a wedding party, and we got no sleep at all because of the noise. However, the reception staff were fantastic and gave us money off our final bill as an apology, which we really appreciated. Restaurant and bar staff were unhelpful but this might have been because the hotel was so busy. They seemed stressed. Noise from road (presumably only affects road facing rooms). Breakfast was average and we struggled to find anywhere to sit because it was so busy with massive groups of other guests. Far from relaxing.
LiftHotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, most were able to communicate in English. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite at no extra cost which was great as the kids could have their own room giving us parents a little space and quiet time. We went for the all inclusive package which included afternoon tea (cake, ice cream and coffee) dinner, drinks from 10:00 to 22:00 and breakfast the next day. The food was lovely, for dinner we had a number of set menu choices and for breakfast there was a buffet with lots of choice. Unlimited drinks was great which included beer and wine. Just off the side from the restaurant is an outside space with trampoline, swings and sun loungers which we made use of in the late afternoon. The spa facilities were great and even though we were brave enough to abide by the no swimwear policy, it didn't seem to be a problem as some other guests wore theirs. The area is beautiful with stunning views from all sides. We would definitely come again!
