Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, such as unhelpful or absent staff, problems with reservations, and poor communication. Cleanliness was another major concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others unimpressed. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
