Didn’t have breakfast. Bed was rather firm.
Very nice. Very expensive.
Room was very neat, clean and comfortable. I loved the water pressure in the shower! LOL. I think the bathroom needs a fan, but that’s just me. The staff was awesome. Always a greeting coming in and out. The free shuttle was nice, but it would have been better if it took us back to the ferry.
The price. All in all, it ended up costing us over $700 for one night and this was a room without a view and with a “lanai” that was more of a very, mini balcony. Keeping in mind when you are in Key West, you don’ t spend much time in your room, I can complain that much - just next time I won’t book such a nice place :)
Location is great. Close to everything but the way property is set up quiet at nite and exclusive during day. Also gives you access to Southern Most area via their B and B. Staff at beach were wonderful and very courteous and hardworking.
Kyack asked would I prefer a room with better view or more space and extra towels I received none of the above. Room service cleaning was very late in day. There were days I did not think they would show at all.
We had a problem with are air conditioner. They dispatched an in house maintenance person. He explained that the unit was frozen an they would get a HVAC specialist asap. The unit was up an running the next morning. This all happened Sunday eve around 7pm. We were compensated for our troubles. .
Absolute perfect location to experience all of Key West! Big bonus having the option to enjoy the beach/ocean and the pool. Will stay here again.
The hotel has its own beach.
Lanai view was parking lot with plants taller than patio.
The spa was terrific (we went back for seconds) and the live music at the pool-side restaurant was lovely.
This hotel was a bit pricey, considering the level of service.
I liked the view from our room, and the restaurant attached to the hotel had great food. the town itself was excellent and beutiful. very over priced tho.
the price was very high for what you get. The staff were only alright. the front desk staff were great, but the servers in the restaurant were very unpleasant and dident seem to care. although the food was great, the servers were not.
Room very nice, loved the beach. Always enjoy the jazz in the evening, location excellent.
More rooms and more amenities – two aspects all travelers look for when heading to Key West. Pier House Resort and Spa offers just what travelers are looking for, plus a convenient location on the edge of the historic district. The general feel of the hotel is professional but also relaxed, meaning all types of travelers or welcome.
Pier House Resort and Spa offers all of Key West right at its doorstep. Located on Duval Street, the hotel is convenient to the historic district but also offers separation from the action. It’s adjacent to Sunset Pier and only minutes from Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square. Ernest Hemingway's hangout Sloppy Joe's and Key West Aquarium are also within a short walk. For added convenience, there’s a CVS across the street as well as restaurants, shops, and bars that surround the hotel.
The upgraded spa at Pier House is the only full-service options on the island. It offers a steam room, hot tub, a variety of treatments, and salon service. Attached to the spa is a fitness center with all workout necessities, and outdoors is the pool, the ultimate cool-off spot. Weddings, conferences, meetings, and receptions are often held in the 2,600 square feet of event space at the hotel. There’s also a restaurant that overlooks the water and offers casual dining, another restaurant offering elegant dining, and The Beach Bar featuring island-style cuisine. The oldest bar in Key West, The Chart Room, is a popular spot and is also the place where Jimmy Buffest played back in the day.
Accommodations at the hotel vary in size and range from Standard Room to a Two-Floor suite. All rooms feature simple décor with modern amenities and large bathrooms.
