Pros (+) We arrived at Ibis Bay Beach Resort in the late afternoon. Check in was very easy and we were intrigued by the “old school” room key. The room was very cute, small, and clean. We had planned a very busy trip of sightseeing in Key West and the Dry Tortugas, so the room was just about perfect for us. Pros (+) The convenience to the shuttle bus, mopeds, kayaks, jet ski were great! Room was colorful, seemed fairly clean. The location is far away from downtown Key West, so it was quiet. Loved the tortoise sanctuary in the unusable part of the back parking lot. Great use of property for a good cause. All the hard working outdoor staff were friendly and said good morning or Hi.
