People kept knocking on my door after dark. Then started calling my phone. Had to ask for TV remote then figure out how to set it up. No towels. Quite a few people live there. I left at midnight. My worst hotel stay ever. Worst money ever spent.
Pros:Paris in reception is an excellent communicator and positive force. I rarely come in to contact with someone this professional. Outstanding customer service.
Pros:Was clean and neat. Staff was very nice. Very convenient to everything.
Cons:Walls very thin, could here everything in both sides. T.V. water running. Kept us awake til very late..

Cons:Room smelled of cigarette smoke, caused clothing to also retain the same horrid odor.
Pros:We got the King Room suite with the pullout couch. Room was great, spacious and super clean. I used to clean houses and I was impressed by how clean the room was. It even smelled great. Not like a stale hotel room. Bed was super comfy too. Really quiet location too. The Wi-Fi connection was super strong. They had several access points so you could pick which router was closest to you and log in. The both of us were working from the hotel while visiting family members during the holidays. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. All in all, we would stay here again!
Cons:Breakfast was a bit lacking. The basics were there: Fruit, milk, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, pre-packaged omelets and toast. You're better off going out for breakfast. There were several restaurants within a 2 minute drive.

Pros:It was shabby in need of an update, but clean rooms.
Cons:The exterior left a lot to be desired.
