Pros (+) The staff was kind and gave us a welcome drink upon arrival! Check-in was easy and we were helped with our bags. The TV screen in our room even welcomed us by name! The pool was fine for a quick dip (wish the weather was warmer when we visited) and the morning breakfast buffet was good quality & had a nice variety of choices.
