Cons: Parking was at 9€ per day, this came as a surprise as the parking space was given at checkin without me asking for it and nor telling me was extra...

Pros: Excellent breakfast offers, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Size of hotel very good only 40 rooms, sits on a Hill. Nice Swimmingpool.
Cons: To reach the Restaurant and swimming Pool you have to walk up some stairs. No lift towards it. For disabled people not possible to reach.
Pros: Very comfortable place with extremely thoughtful personal and superior breakfast. We are looking forward for coming here again!

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Pros: The sightseeing, the sauna and hammam area. Our tower suite was very comfortable Very kind staff
Cons: The diner was unbelievably awful for a 4 stars hôtel : Frozen fish, no cook at all
Pros: Great location, good breakfast, nice ambience of the hotel. Dinner in the restaurant is good, for the price. Parking on premises.
Cons: Due to a last minute cancellation of my reservation at another location, we had to make this booking at last minute and had to settle for a room facing the city / south side. Room on ground floor, facing south side is basically next to the parking and open to the street, if the terrace door is open. With no AC and warm night, this can be very uncomfortable. Staff appear overwhelmed and curt. Parking is limited for the size of the hotel.

Pros: Very nice rooms with seaview. Excellent breakfast abuffet. Dinnerrestaurant also had high standard
Pros: Hotel Asgard is ideally situated right on the water with easy access to the beach and town center. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the facilities were clean and comfortable.
Cons: The only tiny drawback is that the train station is not nearby. So if you have a lot of luggage you should organize transport. But obviously it’s much better to be on the beach that near the train station!
Pros: location. general noise levels very low with no disturbance at night. lucky to extend an extra night to accommodate the tennis tournament schedule.
Cons: Room booked was not fit for purpose since curtains were thin and transparent - bright at 05:30 hrs. Complained - no action. Complained again and got moved to a Junior Suite in the adjacent Apartment Building - much better. No help offered to move all our belongings. No cost difference. Breakfast never changed for 9 days. the options were OK but those options that are presented should change from day to day. Water fountain always empty in sauna area and phone to reception not answered. Parking expensive at 7 euro/night. Internet free but very slow - 7 euro/day for faster connection is a rip-off with today's technology. TVs in room very poor with low definition and not many channels.
Pros: The view
Cons: The breakfast
Pros: The hotel was spotless and there was a nice selection of seeds and fruit at breakfast. Staff were also very friendly and the WiFi connection was strong.
Cons: The hotel was very basic for the price paid - nothing in the least bit fancy. Lighting in the room wasn't great. Beds were very soft.
Pros: Balcony was nice, sauna area excellent. Great location, close to beach.
Cons: No wifi except in reception area. Coffee at breakfast is terrible. Lots of noise from road during the night.
When you stay at Strandhotel Preussenhof in Zinnowitz, you'll be on the beach, just steps from Tauchgondel and 4 minutes by foot from Theater Blechbüchse. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location - right next to the beach, but you have to pay extra because of beach cleanliness. Hmm?
Cons: Found shards of broken glass on the beach - a very dangerous situation for those of with bare feet. And I had to pay an extra "tourist" fee (in cash!) for the beach cleanliness crew. They didn't do a very good job of cleaning. The parking situation isn't clear and very limited - one must park on the street some blocks away. The room was nice enough, but had fresh paint and the fumes were rather strong so I needed to leave the window open for fresh air - thus I had to listen to all of the festival noise. I'm sure is a lovely hotel some other time of year.
Pros: A very good location, right near the beach Nice and polite staff, which speak English as well The beach is very nice. Clean and not crowded
Cons: Most of people there are very old men and ladies. My wife and I are under 30 and we felt awkward there. The swimming pool is not very big and it is more like an addition to their sauna. The breakfast was OK. Not good, not bad. We could hardly find what to eat (we are vegetarians) and ate same food every morning. I guess it will be difficult if you stay there for longer than 3 days. Most restaurants in that area are the same: Italian food + ice-cream (a lot of it, it was everywhere. People really love ice-cream there). Their staff can hardly speak English
This hotel is situated beside Zinnowitz Beach, on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. Baltic Hotel Zinnowitz offers bright rooms with satellite TV, telephone, a seating area and a private bathroom. Breakfast and dinner are served in buffet form at the hotel's restaurant, Andersen's. Alcohol-free drinks are also complimentary during mealtimes. Guests can also relax in Edvard’s pub with a conservatory, or the fireplace lounge. The hotel also offers barrier-free beach access. The Baltic Hotel Zinnowitz is an ideal base for exploring Usedom’s long white sandy beaches or the surrounding countryside of the Usedom Nature Park.
Pros: The room was very nice and large, with a sea view. The swimming pool and thermal pool were great, and the hotel’s location on the beach was perfect. A bottle of mineral water is left at your door each morning and you are given a terry robe (which everyone walks around in to the pool or to the Breakfast was substantial.
Cons: Not enough towels (bring your own for the beach) and no hairdryer in the room.
Pros: Location is perfect (beach 50 m). Large, extensive and very clean swimming pool. Cosy Irish Pub with live music inside the hotel. Modern and clean rooms.
Cons: Breakfast and dinner buffet could have a bigger choice. No tissues in bathroom.
Pros: Breakfast was very comprehensive catering for everyone's taste. Good quality food and enough personnel to keep things moving as well as being clean. Massage was also very good and professional
Cons: The service in the a la carte section. After sitting for 10 minutes and then asking the waiter if we could have service we still did not receive any attention after 15 minutes. We were sitting outside and the waiter could clearly see us and his comments when we asked were very arrogant and not giving the impression of good service. One person can damage the hotel's reputation if not careful. The customer always needs to feel that he is wanted and that the business is valuable to the hotel. Hence we went to eat elsewhere.
Pros: The hotel looks to be in constant rennovation. Our room had new furniture and bathroom facilities. Our son really liked to sleep at the high location :-)
Cons: There is no internet at the property. This is stated at the Booking.com. But I hoped to use Vodafone mobile data. Unfortunately it is undtable in the area. They have T-Mobile hotspot though. But I didn't try it.
Pros: Overall excellent and very good value for the half board/inclusive therme. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Great place for a family holiday - close to town, train station and beach. We'll be back!
Cons: The room was a little tired/the bathroom was a bit old with an awkward step up - but we understand that the hotel in in the process of renovating/redecorating so this will probably help. The kids thought the breakfast juice was watery and the food options for children were a bit limited/unimaginative.
