Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to local attractions. Cleanliness was highlighted as a strong point, with many describing the hotel and rooms as modern, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast received positive remarks for its variety and quality. However, opinions on service and room size were mixed, with some guests appreciating the friendly staff while others found the reception staff lacking in professionalism or warmth, and several noted that rooms could be small or in need of upgrades. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location and cleanliness.
