Cons (-) Everything. The building was old and run down. The rooms were small, stinky, and clearly had structural issues. There’s clearly people who stay there long term. At night it was so noisy I didn’t get a wink of sleep. At times I didn’t feel safe. Pros (+) The location was good for us.
Cons (-) The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the other couple we were with complained to housekeeping about this they said they would spray the room but never came back. The telephones in both our rooms did not work, some outlets did not work. Walked barefoot after my shower, big mistake! Pros (+) Not a good hotel
Cons (-) Room reeked of cigarettes. When I complained I was told they could come spray my room with some deodorizer. I was not offered another room. Bad experience all around. Oh and there was a sewing needle in the carpet with some drug residue from a past tenant.

Pros (+) Location was close to the Expo center. They do have a full breakfast, when it's stocked.
Cons (-) Pool is outdoor! Our key card only worked 1/2 the time, even after being reprogrammed. They actually gave us the master key to use once, and it still took 4-5 tries to get that to work. Fitness center equipment was 15-20 yrs old. Shower didn't work right and was missing the stopper part of the drain. They had no pillows for our son who was staying on the sofa bed.
