Pros (+) I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They acceded to our requests to ensure that we had the most pleasant stay. Waitress Renuka at the club lounge was the most thoughtful and friendly staff member. We were very pleased with her amazing service.
Cons (-) I wish the Club Lounge served more food and a greater variety.
