Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's strategic and convenient location, which many find to be a highlight. Some guests appreciate the value for money and the friendliness of the staff. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with several reviews citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service issues are also noted, including unresponsive staff and lack of room cleaning. Amenities such as hot water, towels, and in-room facilities are often found lacking or malfunctioning. Overall, while the location and price are positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
