A bit pricey and room was a bit too dark with insufficient lighting but overall room was clean. Door did however stick and sometimes would not close properly . Left a note for the desk staff. Checking clerk was nice and helpful. Good pool and fast wifi and good cable TV selections

Cons (-) We were visiting Yellowstone Park, and the road to the south entrance was closed by the the Park Fire Command due to a fire. The hotel would not allow us to cancel, and we could not stay because we could not get there. The hotel could have been understanding instead of just taking a hard line. There are many hotels in Jackson Hole. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

Pros (+) They checked us in early even though our cabin was not ready early. They explained ammenities answered questions about the area and made us feel Welcome
Cons (-) A little pricey for only one night.

Pros (+) Stayed in the Settler's. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room in the bath area. Great cookies!
Cons (-) Would like to have had a comfortable chair in the room to relax and catch a little reading or TV time in between activities.

Pros (+) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The dog in the lobby was the friendliest of all. The rooms were very clean and large. Many environmentally friendly touches without being obnoxious. Just a block off the square. Convenient to everything. And fresh cookies every day at 5 PM in the lobby. Served while they were still hot!
Cons (-) No king beds. Parking was limited but acceptable.
