Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its exceptional food, beautiful and varied private onsens, and attentive, helpful service. Many highlighted the relaxing atmosphere, convenient location near nature and the station, and the unique experience of private baths. Breakfast and dinner courses were consistently described as excellent. Some minor issues were noted with staff coordination, room cleanliness, and occasional confusion navigating the property, but these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
