Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, especially Anil, and its convenient location close to Taksim Square and public transport. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, though some reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, infrequent housekeeping, and maintenance problems. While the value for price and amenities were generally seen as positive, several guests noted steep hills nearby and occasional noise or room discrepancies.
