Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to key attractions and convenient for exploring the city. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, with several guests mentioning unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Cleanliness is also a concern for some, with reports of dusty rooms and unsatisfactory bathroom conditions. Noise is a recurring issue, especially for rooms near common areas or on higher floors, making it difficult for some guests to rest. Despite these drawbacks, a few guests appreciated the breakfast and the views from the terrace.
