Hotel resides in the tourist district, a short walk from most of the major sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very nicely outfitted.
The bar downstairs can be a bit noisy for those looking to go to bed early. I felt the breakfast was very spartan; no pancakes or waffles, no omelets, very limited fruit.
Location, clean rooms
Noise outside, no wi-fi, air condition available in summer only, no drinking water, no price list for mini bar, very small rooms
The locations was perfect for seeing old Istanbul. Breakfasts were nice in a top floor room with nice views.
Rooms starting to look a bit worn with scratches in walls, holes in sheets, etc. They wouldn't give us more than one room key. Noise from the street would definitely be a problem if you are a light sleeper.
Clean, good location
AC not working, 30 degrees in the room during the night. Clean room but very small. Nice Pub at ground floor but extremely expensive. Poor breakfast.,
The room was new and clean.
The air condition was not available. The breakfast was poor and the room was noisy.
its location, hotel staff are very eager to help, clean rooms
the loud music from the pub down, lack of the slippers in room, rooms are a little bit small
The location is good, the hotel is good-looking, the staff is pleasant and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped.
First, the hotel is overpriced, like most of what is to be found in Istanbul. Second, the coffee is of very bad quality, which makes having breakfast there a problem. Third, the staff at the Irish Bar - on the first floor of the hotel and owned by the hotel - is very rude, has ways that belong more to a nightclub, and gives the impression that they want one to have his/her drink fast, pay and make room for new clients. This is a real problem when the price of an Irish Whisky at that bar is 10 Euros. My partner and I went to that bar twice, had the same experience twice, and relayed our displeasure to the hotel manager, but nothing was done about it.
very helpful and friendly staff, very intimate hotel.. the interior is decorated to a very high and unique standard, the room was just a little but very comfortable and clean, nice bathroom :).. fantastic location

i loved the room and the nice staff
Close to attractions. The staff was very helpful.
The hotel had a pub open until 1-2am a bit noisey. Smoke filtered up stairs to the room. I had trouble with the ethernet had to go down stairs to get on line
