Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly criticize the hotel for poor cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, unwashed linens, and infestations. Many guests also complain about extremely small room sizes, broken amenities, and lack of basic supplies. Service is frequently described as unresponsive or unhelpful, with some positive exceptions. The location is considered convenient by a few, but noise from the surrounding area is a common disturbance. Overall, the negatives far outweigh any positives, with only rare praise for staff friendliness or value.
