Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's central location, tasty breakfast, and cleanliness. Many reviews highlighted the helpfulness and friendliness of some staff, but there were also several complaints about unhelpful or rude service, especially at reception. The pool was often mentioned negatively due to being closed, under renovation, or too cold. Some guests noted the need for renovations and issues with room size or amenities, but positive experiences with breakfast and the convenient location were consistent highlights.
