Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and public transport. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests noting positive experiences with upgrades and problem-solving. However, there are recurring concerns about small room sizes, inconsistent cleanliness, and breakfast not always meeting expectations. Some guests also mention noise issues and outdated facilities, but the positive service and prime location are consistent highlights.
