Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and supportive, often going out of their way to accommodate early check-ins and resolve issues. Many guests also appreciate the comfortable beds and the quality of the breakfast. However, several reviews mention that the hotel and its rooms are dated, with maintenance issues such as blocked drains, old furniture, and poor heating or air conditioning. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding. Some guests were disappointed by the lack of amenities like a pool or gym during renovations, and a few found the prices for minibar items high. Overall, the positives of location and service stand out most.
