Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location, which made it convenient for sightseeing and accessing public transport. Some reviewers mentioned friendly and helpful staff at the reception. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, presence of insects, and poor maintenance. Breakfast and room size received mixed feedback, with some finding them acceptable and others dissatisfied. Overall, while the location and occasional good service were positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facilities.
