Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location, especially its proximity to Galata Tower, and many highlighted the beautiful views from the rooms and rooftop terrace. The service was frequently described as friendly, professional, and attentive, with several guests noting helpful staff who went above and beyond. Cleanliness was also appreciated by many, though a few mentioned minor issues. The atmosphere, including the historic building and elegant décor, contributed positively to the overall experience. While breakfast and some amenities received mixed feedback, most guests felt the positives far outweighed any negatives.
