Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the ferry terminal, beaches, and local attractions. Many reviews highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback: while some guests find the rooms very clean, others mention issues like stains, hair, or humidity. Value for price is seen as fair by some but inadequate by others, especially given the size of rooms and amenities. Noise, particularly from air conditioning and the surrounding area, is a common complaint. Overall, the hotel is considered convenient and comfortable, with standout service but some room for improvement in cleanliness and noise insulation.
