Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, proximity to the beach, and convenient access to local attractions. The pool and some facilities were appreciated for their quality and cleanliness. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff, poor communication, and extra charges. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and insufficient housekeeping. While some found the rooms comfortable and spacious, others noted cramped spaces and maintenance problems. Overall, the location and pool stand out as positives, but service and cleanliness need improvement.
