Cons (-) I booked a king room for my wife and I to have a nice getaway. When we got to our room, we found two double beds. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They said the king rooms were "first come, first serve" and we were out of luck. They said they couldn't refund our money and didn't have any other rooms. Pros (+) Just about everything! Nice staff, clean building, modern decor, good breakfast, and a decent workout space. Can't get much better than that.
Cons (-) Could've used a microwave some where close to the rooms. Only complaint of it can be called one.
Pros (+) The hotel was very welcoming and a feeling not unlike your own home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Pros (+) Hotel was beautiful with lots of amenities and the shuttle service was a lifesaver. I loved staying there.
