Worst hotel of my life
I booked a king room for my wife and I to have a nice getaway. When we got to our room, we found two double beds. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They said the king rooms were "first come, first serve" and we were out of luck. They said they couldn't refund our money and didn't have any other rooms. No manager was on duty, and they refused to do anything to try and make it better. I will never stay at a Hyatt property again. I'm sticking with Hilton and Marriott.

Just about everything! Nice staff, clean building, modern decor, good breakfast, and a decent workout space. Can't get much better than that.
Could've used a microwave some where close to the rooms. Only complaint of it can be called one.

The hotel was very welcoming and a feeling not unlike your own home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Hotel was beautiful with lots of amenities and the shuttle service was a lifesaver. I loved staying there.
One of the staff was a bit unprofessional and the location is pretty out of the way but it worked great for what we were in town for.
Room was wrong non of the posted amenities were there cable was barely basic cable and staff was rude
