Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shopping centers, and airports. While some found the staff professional and helpful, others reported negative experiences with certain front desk personnel and service inconsistencies. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some noting clean rooms and others mentioning musty odors or outdated interiors. Breakfast and value for price were points of contention, with several guests dissatisfied with breakfast arrangements and extra charges. Overall, the hotel’s location and amenities were its strongest features, but improvements in service and clarity around charges are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
