Cons (-) First 3 start hotel I've stayed in with no air conditioning and not fan. There were chips spilled on the lobby carpet which were not vacuumed up for 3 days. The towels were badly frayed and lamp shade in the room was broken. Defiantly not typical of the Swiss attention to details.
