Beautiful room overlooking the city. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Had lunch in hotel bar which had excellent service and excellent food. Parking convenient under hotel with easy in and out with hotel key. Next to beautiful park with an amphitheater and museums and walking path. Highly recommend.

Pros (+) The employees and the room views were great!!! Food was awesome!
Cons (-) Rooms could have been more clean... especially with the times. Parking was an issue, halfway through our trip the garage was full, and stayed full. We were given a parking refund.

Cons (-) I discovered after my checkout that the Valet Parking fee was $57 overnight. A valet parking fee of $30-$40 would be reasonable-to-high, but paying an additional $57 to park your car overnight at a hotel that is certainly not a Ritz Carlton (and had NO option for room service, snacks, beverages, or any food at all after 10PM) is a ridiculous overcharge. Pros (+) Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Also LOVED the gym!
Cons (-) We had very poor service in the lounge on Friday night. The waitress was not friendly and offended 2 of our guests who left as a result of her offensive comments.

Cons (-) For having 12 elevators they were slow and stopped at every floor instead of alternating . Floors of elevators were filthy.

Pros (+) For the price, the TV was freezing during the program and would shut down without warning. The staff arrived quickly and was able to correct within 15min but by that time the program was no longer available the room was cold, and the thermostat wasn't working properly The bathroom was poorly cleaned and the toilet seat was loose and not replaced

Pros (+) the hotel decor and staff were great.
Cons (-) I paid extra for the "City View" only to be put at the back of the hotel. Also, our room was right beside the elevator. The elevator made a high pitched squeak every time it moved. We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary at the noise was annoying and kept waking us up.
