The staff tries to do their best
loud music til 2am,no hot water , room smelled drapes haven't cleaned in years the same with the air-conditioner.They ask guests to conserve electric and water and they don't even use led bulbs maybe no hot water helps them conserve water

Breakfast buffet, the bed and linen were always clean, safe and convenient to walk to the cofeeshops and comedy bars. The staff especially the bellmen were helpful. Front desk staff when we checked in need to smile more. Taxis were available all the time. Location was perfect, walking distance to malls and restaurants
Room didnt have a fridge, cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom if exhaust was turned off, low water pressure when showering, no hours published on room information binder for when room service started and ended
