Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the town and accessing transportation. The staff, especially Holly and Beth, received frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and clear communication. Cleanliness of the rooms was another highlight, with many guests noting that their accommodations were tidy and comfortable. Several reviewers also mentioned good value for money. However, some guests expressed dissatisfaction with the deposit policy, lack of human interaction due to self check-in, and occasional issues with cleanliness or room maintenance. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
