Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as roaches, bad odors, dirty carpets, and poorly maintained rooms. Many also complained about unhelpful or rude staff, lack of proper breakfast, and misleading descriptions of amenities. Only a few reviews mentioned positive experiences with staff or location, but these were rare compared to the overwhelming negative feedback about hygiene and service.

The King Suite was comfortable and not too small of a room. Room was clean but since i choose to stay on highest floor to avoid noise, traffic & such, I needed to utilize the elevator. Elevator was terrible & dirty, it felt like it was about to break down & looked like it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. Other than the elevator we had a good stay.

Pros (+) The employees were friendly.
Cons (-) They were cockroaches, insects, the bed sheets were dirty. In addition, the fournitures were old and broke. That hotel deserves 1 star.
