Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major venues like NRG Stadium, as well as the comfort of the beds in several rooms. However, many reviews cited significant cleanliness concerns, including mold, dust, and musty odors. Service was also a frequent complaint, with reports of understaffing, slow check-in, and unhelpful staff. Many guests felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price, noting outdated facilities and extra charges. Overall, while the location and bed comfort were strong positives, cleanliness, service, and value for money were major areas of dissatisfaction.AI-generated from customer reviews
