Lobby and hallway was nicely updated
Not a 3 1/2 star hotel. Maybe 1.5-2 star. Room outdated, ceiling in bathroom in bad shape, water was scalding hot, toilet did not flush properly, heater for room did not work, highway noise was very loud, it was not a place we recommend.

Bed was very comfortable. Customer service was amazing. I was having a really bad night and kind of took my frustrations out on Fabian, once I calmed down a little bit I explained to him that it was nothing he did I was just really tired and ready to get in my room, he apologized and was very professional made me feel welcomed in my stay there. I cannot remember the girl from the bar's name but she was very nice as well.
I loved everything about my stay there. There was nothing that I disliked about my stay at Crowne Plaza.

Very close to the nrg, safety and security while here in Houston is a plus.
When booking this location I was told there would be a shuttle. Soon arrival was told otherwise. No free breakfast either
