Pros (+) The pool was warm. The water was clear, but the edges were dirty.
Cons (-) Room needed to be vacuumed - gross. The desk chair was trashed. The room side of the bathroom door was covered in filth, hair & hair products. Hair on the bathroom floor & in the tub, not a lot. But still GROSS! AND thus room cost $95!!

Pros (+) I was able to book very quickly! The hotel was impeccable—staff made me feel like home, rooms were clean,there were fresh cookies, and the beds and linens were unbelievably comfortable. Will stay again in the future!
Cons (-) Rooms had an older smell to them. They are aging.

Pros (+) Breakfast was good and room was immaculate except it had only half a roll of toilet paper.
Cons (-) Your website said there was a hot tub and there wasnt anymore. Pool was too warm for mid summer.

Pros (+) Location. It was where we wanted yo be and restaurants were very convenient.
Cons (-) Price it cost what many 5 star hotels cost but did not have the extras or the quality of the amenities I expect from a 5 star hotel.
