Pros (+) Some were great but some were just not with it. Not the service I am accustomed to from Hyatt.
Cons (-) Supe slow elevators and getting cars. Ran out of self parking. Was locked out of room at one point. Had to switch rooms and breakfast was chaos.

Pros (+) The air units from other building were roaring loud. Could NOT hear the ocean at night,day, anytime .lNo hotel shuttle. Nice rooms, little itchy. Excellent friendly staff.

Pros (+) The hotel is nice. Not much for restaurant/bar/pool but the complimentary breakfast was good and the location to the beach was good. I highly recommend using valet service...spend the $ and avoid the hassle of parking off-site.
