Cons (-) by my bad experience. i thought my reservation had a breakfast included. but the stuff at the front desk said no. the good side was that they offered you a mobile device to make local or international calls for free

Pros (+) great friendly staff. good for non-chinese speakers, great location right next to the temple street market, free hourly shuttle to kowloon station for the airport express.
Cons (-) a bit dated. it could use a facelift. be sure to ask for a non-smoking floor if you want non-smoking. beds are stiff as is asian standard.
